Yunnan Lincang Xinyuan Germanium Industry Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as the company) is the only high-tech enterprise in China integrating Germanium mining, further processing and research and development, with more than 40 years of Germanium production experience. The Company has 8 subsidiaries, located in Lincang, Kunming & Wuhan etc. In 2004 & 2015, the company obtained International Quality Management System Certification ISO9001, Environmental Management System ISO14001, Occupational Health and Safety System Certification ISO18001 respectively. In 2008, the company was initially certified as The First Batch of "High-Tech Enterprises" and "Key High-Tech Enterprises of National Torch Program" in Yunnan Province. It is the "Lincang State Germanium Material High-Tech Industrial Base Enterprise" which was recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2010. The company has a specialized R&D center "Yunnan Provincial Germanium Materials Engineering Research Center" which was approved & recognized by Yunnan Province. And in DEC. 2015, our R&D center was approved & recognized by National Development and Reform Commission as a National Enterprise Technology Center.

The main businesses are Germanium ore mining, pyrometallurgy enrichment, hydrometallurgy purification, zone melting refining as well as the further processing and R&D of germanium. At present, the ore and crude processing products of the company are not for sale, only as raw materials for the downstream processing of the company and its subsidiaries. By end of 2016, the main products of the company include: High purity germanium dioxide, germanium ingot, infrared germanium optical element, infrared thermal imager, germanium single crystal wafer for solar battery application, high efficiency CPV module, indium phosphide single crystal & wafer. Currently, the company is the largest producer & supplier of diverse germanium products in China. Our products are finally used in the following applications: Chemical catalyst, infrared optics, solar battery, optical fiber communication etc.

The company has advantage in rich resource, by DEC. 31st, 2009, germanium metal reserves reached to 689.55 tons. After IPO at Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2010, the company merged & acquired another 5 mines successively, so the germanium metal reserves has increased by 250 tons.

The company has a complete integrated industrial chain. In the market competition, the company's more complete germanium series products can meet the needs of different customers at multiple levels, which will help the company establish a stable customer base.

The company has strong technical and R&D capabilities in the fields of germanium mining, refining and further processing. By cooperating with different universities, scientific research institutions, it realized the combination of production, study and research as to promote technology upgrading of the company and improved design ability of products. Until now, the Company has undertaken more than 20 projects related with National Project 863, National Key Technology Support Program, International Cooperation Program & Key Advanced Product Developing Program in Yunnan Province. Besides, the company has drafted 32 national & industrial standards, acquired 67 patents (including 22 patents for invention).
