The company was established in August 2009 with the registered capital totaling at RMB20 million yuan. The project has received a sum investment of RMB68 million yuan and covers 100 mu in area. Supplied with the abundant bischofite from qaidambasin, best employs the continuous process of mature lime pilot and the dcs automatic controlling system to fabricate high purity magnesium hydroxide and calcium chloride ball anhydrous. The purity of the magnesium hydroxide it is capable to produce is as high as 99%, taking the lead in this trade in China. Such high purity magnesium hydroxide is believed to be the material of choice in producing magnesium hydroxide flame retardant and quality MGO for silicon steel synthesis and for electrical and pharmaceutical purposes.

Best has been listed as the key recycling economic project within qaidam experimental area of recycling economy. It possesses the mining right of the five-square-kilometer magnesium chloride, quality limestone and the coal mine. On this basis, it has planned to further invest RMB350million yuan into the second phase of the project and increase the annual output of high purity magnesium hydroxide to 10 thousand tons and that of calcium chloride to 20 thousand tons. By the end of the second phase, the project will have grown into the largest producing area of high purity magnesium hydroxide worldwide.
