Handan Qunshan Foundry, Established in 2000, is an export-oriented manufacturer with more than 500 employees. It is at the juncture of Shanxi-Hebei-Shandong-Henan, where is abound in coal and iron. It has excellent transport facilities and is only 400 kilometers away from Tianjin Port and 600kilometers away from Qingdao Port. It covers 160000 sq. Meters including floor area 80000 sq. Meters. We are specialized in production of full series of castings for gray iron, ductile iron, steel and nonferrous alloy castings etc., with production capacity of 25000 tons. Our products relate to auto parts, mechanical parts, railway and metro track parts, manhole covers and gratings, pipe and fittings, pump and valve parts etc., which are widely used in vehicle, machinery, railroad, agriculture, municipal and other fields. Our products are marketing into EU, South-east Asia, Middle East and Africa, more than 20 countries and regions.

Qunshan foundry has three automatic molding lines: One Japan FBO III horizontal type, two Baoding Well vertical type, six molding machines of Z148 type and six molding machines of Z145 type respectively. Melting and auxiliary equipment include three 2-ton electric furnaces, two 5-ton

Cupolas, two S1422 sand mixers, five shot-blast machines, one core shooter and one shell core machine. We also have two workshops with 2000 sq. Meters for manual molding together with two 3-ton copulas and cleaning equipment.

We have a strong technical force and complete facilities for quality assurance such as SPECTRO spectrographic analysis, Hardness Testing, sand testing, metallography, mechanical testing etc. Qunshan Foundry has been registered ISO9001 since 2001 and operates in accordingwith TS16949 and 5S management system.
