Established in 1994, ET Solar has been producing silicon ingots and wafer. Since January 2005, we started to manufacture mono- and poly- crystalline solar modules. We will produce 2-axis solar tracking system and other terminal products (e. G., street lights) at the end of this year. The production capacity of solar modules is 60 MW for this year. It is expected to increase up to 120 MW in 2008. The power output of our models ranges from 5 to 280 W. An almost complete production chain enables us to take a strict quality control on our products.
