Ning Xiang Yi xing Aluminum Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned enterprise that professionally design and produce Aluminum alloy die casting, and aluminium profiles. It provides all-round production services from the design and development of mould to the forming and post-processing of die-casting products and surface treatment. The products are mainly used on 3C industry, lighting decoration, electrical appliances, auto parts, furniture parts, electric tool, medical equipment, intelligent automation equipment and so on. It is exported to Europe, America and Southeast Asia.
The company was founded in 2010, has many years experience about development and manufacture management. It has more than two dozen patented technologies (including two invention patenteds) and was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise in December 2017. We have obtained ISO9001 and IATF16949 certificate. It has faith: Customer-oriented, improving service and reducing the cost continually by the means of technology and management innovation. Regardless of the size of customers, the company will continue to provide customers with accurate and perfect die casting process solutions, but also to undertake OEM, ODM cooperation.
Our company′ S production workshop consists of mould department, die-casting department, processing department, CNC department, paint department, etc. It has 12 professional die design engineers, senior mould making technicians, die-casting regulators, and CNC programmers. The quantity of production workers can be reach to one hundred.
The company equipment is advanced, and some kinds of the equipment are complete. Mold department is equipped with computer gong(CNC), carved machine(CNC), the lathe, the drilling machine, the spark machine and other kinds of machines. The casting department has four coldly die-casting machines and three low pressure/Gravity casting machines. Respectively are one 1200 ton, two 400 ton, one 280 ton. CNC department has 9 CNC machining centers, and 5 CNC lathes. The post-processing department has sets of equipment complete. Quality control department is equipped with three-dimensional measuring instrument, salt spray testing machine, vacuum measuring instrument.
