Zhejiang Tailong Aluminum Wheel Co.,Ltd, established in 1987, was a private enterprise owning 2 subsidiaries as: Electroplating plant and Aluminum alloy plant. Our factory is located in Hardware and Science-Technology Industry Zone covering an area of 80,000 square meters. Currently we have 1,500 staffs with 80 senior engineers and technicians. Since 1995 Tailong has been awarded as "AAA Grade Credit Enterprise", "one of the largest 500 private enterprises in the state". Our products have been certified by ISO9000-2000 and SFI and have obtained the golden prize of the 7th State High-Tech and New Product Fair. And presently we are just in the process of ISO/TS16949 certifying.
Our factory possesses 5 production lines of Motorcycle cylinder head and 2 production lines of aluminum wheels including aluminum alloy smelting, casting, heat treatment, machining, painting and electroplating. By advanced equipments and testing apparatuses we are able to design and produce wheel of 12" to 24" with an annual productivity of 700,000 pieces.

We have such production equipments as: 6 ETMAtec800 low pressure casting machineries made in Germany, 10 gravity casting machineries, 14 CNC lathes made in Taiwan, 7 vertical drills, a painting line with a capacity of 40,000pcs per year, a set of continuously working heat treatment equipment and all auxiliary equipments.

In respect of testing equipments, we have 1 2000w/xl X-ray detector specially for aluminum wheel industry, 2 spectrum analysis apparatus, 1 three-dimensional inspecting apparatus, 2 sets of equipments for impact test, cornering fatigue test, radial fatigue test and sealing test and other necessary testing instruments for aluminum wheel production.

To ensure a satisfactory production and quality, we established the aluminum alloy plant and electroplating plant at the same time. So all processes from A365 melting to professional electroplating are all conducted in our factory.

Meanwhile, we engaged 15 experts specialized in the management of aluminum wheel production, technique development and so on.

In a word, we are able to ensure the quality of our wheels form hardware and software. But we still plan to enlarge the production scale on the basis of guaranteed quality.
