Hashimoto Precision Metal (Shenzhen) Ltd was founded in 2002 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Hashimoto Seimitsu Limited. We are professionally engaged in copper alloy, stainless steel hardware and plastic sheet metal stamping. Our products are mainly used in mobile phones, cameras, automobiles, medical machinery and other related products.
Recipient of Several ISO Certifications
Because of our strictness in the whole production process, we have obtained ISO 9001/ISO 14001 certifications in 2004 and ISO/TS 16949 certification in 2013. Our existing 43 Taiwan- and Japan-made punches, with capacities from 1T to 80T, can produce parts with thicknesses of 0.02mm to 1.5mm. Dimensions are measured using the Nikon three and Nikon tool microscopes.
Having Branches in Japan and Vietnam
Our Japan-based company was founded in 1935 in Tokyo, Sumida and the Ibaraki factory was opened in 1985. Our Vietnam branch, on the other hand, was established in October 2014 in Hanoi, to be able to meet higher demands of customers. Besides, in 2011, one of our projects was approved by the Shenzhen government.
