Linfen Zhiqiang Steel Co., Ltd. Was firstly established in 2002, which is located in Linfen, Shanxi province. By now it has developed to be 0focusing on ironmaking, steelmaking, casting, rolling and electricity generating.

At present, ZQ CASTING project is carrying through ruly, and has been listed in Province level Emphases Project. There are about 8 production lines which have been commissioned, including 4 Lost Foam Casting production lines, 1 Vaccum Casting production line, 2 Iron Mold Coated Sand Casting production lines, 1 Rear Axle Housing production line (AQ-ONLY) and complete supporting facilities for machining, inspecting etc.

With a production capacity of 150, 000 tons of casted products we offer cast iron materials varies from grey cast iron to spheroidal cast iron. By using existing two blast furnaces (505 and 382 cubic meters respectively), ZQ realize short-cut process of producing high quality iron castings by duplex melting with blast furnace and medium frequency induction furnace, to shorten production chain, decrease cost and reduce energy consumption as well as pollution.

So far, ZQ has owned hundreds of standard production, including rear axle housing, gearbox casing, flywheel, flywheel housing, brake drum, assembly wheel hub, counter weight, oil pan etc. Multiple series, which are used for Vehicles, Agricultural Industry, General mechanical engineering etc.
