This factory was founded in 1958 (Original name is China Rui'an Feiyun Farm & Land Reclamation Machinery Plant), specialized in producing C620 lathe and mold; In 1981, it began to make rotary valves, screw conveyor, diverter valves and so on. Till 1990, it changed its name to Rui'an Donghai Environmental Protection Equipment Factory.

This factory covered 5000 meters plant area.
