Team duty: Their role is reactive in terms of pushing out briefs to chosen sources and proactive in terms of ongoing new product development; Less committed or experienced individuals conduct their duties either blinkered or blindfolded. They needs to be an accomplished negotiator and technically strong in their field. Collectively they have over 20 years merchandising experience.

Team duty: All factories are subject to an annual review. Factory evaluation in accordance with ISO9003: 2007 is conducted and recognises SA800 labour rights as the adopted standard. Pre-shipment inspections-our inspectors are furnished with a detailed, customer specific, product technical specification document to ensure inspections are properly conducted and formally recorded. Pre-shipment inspections are conducted in accordance with BS6001/ISO2859 sampling plan. Should the need arise, in line inspections will be arranged.
