Unisky Shanghai Ltd was founded in 2010, the core business is polyester staple fiber trading business both for domestic and overseas market. The founder of company -Mr. Songwen Gao has been involved in polyester staple fiber business over 10 years. At meantime, he is the main shareholder of Jiangyin Huaxin Chemical Fibre CO. Ltd and Chongqing New Century Chemical Fibre CO. Ltd. Chongqing New Century Chemical Fibre CO. Ltd is the biggest recycled fiber factory in western China, the annual turnover exceeds 700 million RMB, while as the mother company, THE annual turnover of Jiangyin Huaxin Chemical Fibre CO. Ltd is around 300 million RMB.

In 2004, Mr. Gao invested Changtai Xindeli Textiles Development CO. Ltd with registered capital 30 million RMB in Fujian Province. Xindeli is the only twisted yarn factory in China for overseas market, by the first stage, the annual turnover exceeds USD 25 million.
