The company covers a total area of 20000 square meters. In order to ensure quality, our company is equipped with various kinds of testing machines, including the tensile testing machine, hardness testing machine, physical and chemical equipment, and a chemical laboratory, also equipped the import Eddy Current machine, MPI machine, and HV hardness machine. Meanwhile, we have 300 production equipment, including 4T~630T pressure machine, assorted medium, high frequency induction heating equipment, high-precision CNC lathes, and other kinds of machines which are used for milling, planning, grinding and drilling. The company is also equipped with a complete set of thread processing and 2 kinds of heat treatment equipment.

Bolts of grade 4.6, 6.8, 8.8, and 10.9 etc are available, and nuts of grade 2, 5, 8, 10, 12 etc are available. Specification ranges from M10 to M64, any length can be available, and the specification of automotive assemblies is non-restricted. We use plain carbon steel, alloy structural steel and stainless steel as materials.
