Shanghai WeiLi trading Co. Ltd. is a solely Hong Kong owned professional manufacturer of rubber and plastic horizontal platform sulphurised machine. The Company was later acquired by Hong Kong Zimmerli Co. Ltd. And became a solely foreign owned private enterprise in January 2006. After this structural change the Company has not only retained its original advantages but has also brought in substantial investment towards installation of highly technical tools and machineries which has greatly improved production precision. The new structure has allowed the Company to focus on enhancement of design, development, manufacturing, human resources and customer service. Recruitment of supervisory level personnel and technical engineers with high qualifications has increased from the previous level of 23% to the current level of 75% which substantially improved the Company's management concept, design creativity and overall processing productivity. The Company has been assessed and successfully granted the ISO9001: 2000 accreditation by the International Standard Organisation which is the Company's standard strategy.
