Tianjin Shengte Prestressed Concrete Steel Strand Co., Ltd. Was established by Mr. Fang Shihua, the director, in May 2001. It specializes in production of PC steel strand, PC steel wire, PC bar and unbonded PC strand with rich technical forces. It is a private enterprise with registered capital of Ninety Million RMB. The company locates in Jinnan Economic Development Zone (West Zone), Tianjin. Transportation to us is convenient, 30 kilometers from Xingang Port and 19 kilometers from Tianjin Binhai International airport. It occupies 18, 000 square meters and has 8 functional departments including Production Department, International Department, Sales Department, Personnel Department, Quality Control Department, Accounting Department, After-sales Service Department and Chief Manager Office.

The company now has built five stranding production lines with sufficient drawing machines. The annual output for PC steel stand is 120, 000 MT and 20, 000 MT for PC steel wire.
