Founded in 2005, The main business is to ensure that the technical and requirements defined by customers are implemented at fabrication site. During project execution, engineers from SMM are mobilized on site either temporarily or permanently in order to control products quality, coordinate technical details and report project progress to customers.

SMT was found in 2007 in HongKong as an associated company, with trade and finance freedom.
