Junwang Mold is a Taiwanese mold maker, it is established 20 years ago, it moved to mainland China in 2002 and invested new facilities in Qingxi factory.

Our factory covers an area of 11000 sq meters with a total staff 220.
There are 35staffs in engineering department and 120 workers in workshop.

We have 8 CNC machines, 1 CNC machine can make machine of 2 meters size
2 of them are High speed centers with 30000rpm.

We have 18 EDM machines and 10 wirecutting machine, including one 2 meter size EDM which supports side action and one precise wirecutting. We also have some other equipments such as Fitting press, gun drill and we have injection molding machine from 90Ton to 1000ton for mold trials. With all these facilities, we can assure on time delivery.

We are ISO certified and we have UKAS quality management which is strictly implemented in each project. We use imported steel or local steel by customer's requirement, we provide steel certificate to customer. We have CMM and other testing machines for inspection.

We have a very strong engeering team who always find the best way to design the molds and keep an eye of saving cost for customers. We know very well DME and HASCO standard and we can do mold flow analysis.
