CHANGSHU SAN DA Co., Ltd has a production base covering an area of over 200mu with building area of over 150, 000m2. Now three production bases, including computer embroidery, band production and band weaving, have been built up.
Computer embroidery base has 27 various shuttle computer embroidery machines introduced from Switzerland and Japan and 150 multi-head computer embroidery machines, which are able to satisfy all kinds of computer embroidery production including various T/C lace trimming, water soluble flower, shaped yarn and wedding dress.

Band production base embroidery thread plant has whole set of twist, dyeing and forming equipment with annual embroidery thread of 2, 500 tons, able to satisfy artificial silk and terylene filament embroidery thread of various specifications and packages. Polyester thread plant has whole set of cotton thread, dyeing and forming equipment with annual polyester thread production of 6, 000 tons, able to supply 30-60 various specifications and packages.

Band weaving base has 100 computer jacquards, 2, 000 spinners, 100 tats and shuttleless looms, and whole set of webbing and band cutting production line, able to meet various cotton lace, tassel band, cutting band, webbing, elastic tape (rope), flat elastic tape, core-spun tape, curtain tape, wave tape, and other regular tape and patterned tape.
