WHO WE ARE

Nantong Hongbo Windpower Equipment Co., Ltd. (HWE) registered in June 2007, with an 358395m2 area and 60 million's registration fund. HWE specializes in supply Wind Turbine Equipment to domestic and abroad clients.

The construction program of 1st phase project with RMB160 million fund and 52141 m2 working area has been finished in Feb. 2008 and putted into force. The 1st phase project is especially supply the global market with all kinds of high-quality wind turbine tower and relevant fittings. Till end of September we have finished approx. 90 sets of wind turbine towers.

The 2nd phase project will mainly manufacture wind turbine blades.

WHAT WE HAVE DONE

We has provided several tower units to the following major customers as Huaneng, Longyuan, Datang Chifeng, and Yamaguchi Seisakusho (Japan) etc, has won high appreciation for good and stable product quality and services.

WHY HWE As a manufacturer of wind turbine tower HWE owns excellent experienced managerial talents as well as specialists at steel structure processing; High-tech production procedure, adequate storage ground, and has already executed and carried out the certification of "ISO9001/ISO14001/OSHMS18001 integrated management systems".

HWE has a more advanced production technology and scientific quality management system. We have eight assembly lines and four Sand Blasting & Painting Lines, with 100 Ton lifting capacity.

We have the best equipment (appendix 1) of the domestic tower manufacturers'. HWE has imported the best Bending machine in the world from Italy_Davi Banding Machine (used for 4000mm L*100mm T plate) The Welding Cantilever Machine were designed especially by HWE and manufactured by Roma Heavy Industry. The automatic submerged arc welding machines are from Lincoln Electric and the Weld seam trackers are from Hangil Industry. We also have CNC plasma cutting machine(Koike ), flange planeness measuring instrument, etc. To ensure the excellent quality.

Base on our advanced equipment and scientific management, we have a 400 set of towers per year's production capacity.
