Hung Fat has been created since 1979 in Hong Kong with its own factory in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone in China. The factory occupies an area of 12, 000m and has over 800 employees.
The company specializes in producing plastic packaging, bicycle helmets, foam product and mold, fast-food cups and bowls etc, which serve for such industries as electronics, electrical appliances, medicine, foodstuff, light industry ect. Besides selling all over China, Hong Kong and Taiwan included, the products are also exported to many other countries and regions such as USA, Japan, Singapore, Europe and so on.
We use variety of high quality raw materials, E. G.: PPT (Japan), PVC, PC, APET, PETG, CPET, PP(Innoxious), PS, ABS, PE, anti-static sheet, conductive sheet, Flocked Styrene etc for plastic packaging; EPS, EPP, EPE, EPO, PSI for foam products; And best quality Aluminum Alloy for molds. Meanwhile, we manufacture various types of injection guns, ejector rods and other mold components to meet with the needs of customers readily.
Our factory is one of the few companies, which has a Class 1000 and 10, 000 Clean Room. Our highly skilled technicians and specialists who are very experienced in the plastic packaging industry, are able to produce high quality dust-free products according to our customers' specifications. The products are mainly used in the packaging of liquid crystal products, high-end electronic products and food service products, such as trays, cups, plates, etc.
