Liaoyuan Huifeng Electromotor Manufacturing Co., Ltd., originally as Liaoyuan City Electromotor Factory, founded in 1958, with a history of 50 years up to now, was reformed to a nongovernmental enterprise in 2003. After the reform, with the efforts for some years, it has become one of the key domestic manufacturers of AC and DC electro-motors.

The company has 246 employees, including 35 engineering technicians, plant area of 18000m2, fixed assets of 30.65 million and annual productivity of 0.3 million KW now. The company, with the complete AC and DC series of electromotor manufacturing, inspection and testing means and equipments, can produce many models of good-quality electromotor products. The company carry out the national mechanical industrial standard when it designs and produces the AC and DC electro-motors and design them according to the customers' requirements. The XQ and XQD series of DC tractor electro-motors in the domestic advanced level have been widely used by some storage battery forklift plants. The dominant products of the company are various AC and DC electro-motors used for the storage battery vehicles and anti-explosion electro-motors for mines and wells. It has developed 119 types by now, widely used for various electric forklifts, tractors, porters, golf vehicle, tourist coaches and electric vehicles. The "Baishan" electromotor product trademark of the company is awarded the famous one of Jilin Province. The company passes the ISO9001-2000 quality management system certification in 2003. The company is awarded the national export and import trade management right for the electromotor products that it produces in 2006. In addition to produce the matching products for the main domestic forklift manufacturers, the company produces some matching models of electromotor products for the foreign manufacturers.
