Qingdao Huafeng Weiye Electric Power Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called Huafeng) is established in July of 2006. Huafeng is the subsidiary of SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Corporation and is the third level subsidiary of Power Construction Corporation of China.

Huafeng is mainly engaged in the power plant commissioning, unit performance test, chemical cleaning, operation and maintenance including O&M training, spare part supply, etc. With 10 years' development, now Huafeng has qualifications including Class A Qualification Certificate for Thermal Power Project Commissioning, Class C Qualification Certificate for Power Grid Commissioning, Class A Qualification Certificate for Boiler Chemical Cleaning and AAA Credit Grade Qualification Certificate for Electric Power Construction. Besides, Huafeng has been awarded certifications of ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system, OHSAS 18001: 2007 occupation health and safety management system and ISO 14001: 2004 environment management system.

Huafeng could provide various commissioning, O&M services such as performance test, electric set value calculation, DCS configuration and developing, chemical cleaning, Unit trial run, commercial O&M, O&M guidance, overhaul, spares supply, O&M training, etc. For low pressure, medium pressure, high pressure, super high pressure, subcritical, supercritical and ultra-supercritical units, for conventional pulverized-coal fired units, CFB units, large oil fired units, biomass units, garbage fired units, and also for gas-steam combined cycle units from 6B, 6FA, 9E to 9F. Huafeng has expanded his commissioning and O&M business in China, India, Nigeria, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Thailand, Morocco, Iraq, Venezuela, Bangladesh and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Huafeng is constantly looking for improvement in commissioning and O&M field. Based on domestic market and referring to international standards, Huafeng continuously enhance his service quality. By the end of 2015, Huafeng has completed commissioning project for 82 units with a total capacity of 24036MW, and 16 units are under commissioning and 24 units are in preparation. Huafeng is the largest annual unit commissioning amount company in China. And Up to now, Huafeng has completed 16 O&M projects and the total O&M capacity has reached to 16, 043MW. Now Huafeng are providing operation and maintenance services for 10 projects with a capacity of 5, 256MW.
