Hunan Space Satellite Communication Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to simple as: SC Company), incorporated integration restructuring and registered in June 1998 upon Hunan Pearl River instrument factory(the owned No. 7861 factory), with continuation of No. 7861 factory's equipments, plants, staff and market resources and technologies in satellite applications antenna servo feed and electronic products research and operation, is a military-civillian state-owned enterprises directly under the Bureau of the China Aerospace Group 068 base. Its former, No. 7861 factory, was the third-line radar research institution of the old seventh Ministry of Machine-Building Industry, and devoted to the development of satellite communication TV broad-casting industry since the mission from the State Council in 1985 to donate the first batch of Satellite TV Earth Station to the "Old Revolutionary Bases, Minority, Frontier and Barren Areas". It is the sentinel production and Network certified professional manufacturer of National satellite TV antenna and digital satellite TV receivers.
