Established in 1999, Evertech(DG)Precise Tooling Manufacture Co., Ltd is located in the Dongtai Ind. Zone, Shijie Town, Dongguan City. After several years of development, we have become a big enterprise with over 500 staff and workers and RMB 25 million fixed assets, specializing in designing& manufacturing molds, die-casting moldings and Project with plastics the type's medium-sized business enterprise. We have complete production equipments. Besides the basic equipments for mould manufacturing, we have top-class processing machinery. With internationally leading processing pattern like CAD/CAM/CAE, as well as well qualified engineers, technicians and management staff, quality system ISO 9001: 2000 certified. Our 5-tonned production line is available to make variety of molds for more than seventy sets. We can design and make plastic injection molds, Bakelite molds, Zn alloy, aluminum alloy and magnesium die-casting molds, hot runner molds. At present, there are Zinc Alloy die-pressing machine: 18T-168T*5, Al alloy die-pressing machine: 135T-800T (enlarged)*10, and 800T or less machine for aluminum alloy production. We have CNC processing workshop to processing finish machining. The plastic factory is current to note the machine 15 sets, can accept the every kind of specification the piece to project the type process. Our products are well recognized in the Pearl River Delta, Taiwan, USA, Japan, Canada, France, Switzerland and many other countries.
