Zhejiang Shindai Group Co., Ltd has been founded by means of enterprise restructuring of Zhejiang Animal By-products I/E Co., Ltd. By the year of 2002, and now is a large-sized comprehensive enterprise integrating with industry and trade, mainly focusing on import and export trade and laying equal stress on the multi-industry operation including the domestic trade, real estate investment and financial investment. There are 20 first-grade member enterprises affiliated to the group with a total registration capital of 753 million RMB. Besides, the figures of member enterprises on the property chain have reached 101 including the first-grade and second-grade share holding and participating subsidiaries as well as their subsidiaries. In 2010, our group realized the turnover of 7.87 billion RMB and industrial value of 1.803 billion RMB.
