The company main activities are in R&D, manufacturing and sales of screw header punch (Second punch) with TiALN coating. Main standard of GB, JIS, ANSI, DIN, in addition to these standard specifications. Non-standard punches can also be supplied by customers drawing & request. Other products: Header Punches, First Punches, Cutting Knife, Trimming Die, Thread Rolling Die.
Annual production ability up to 10 million pieces for standard punches. The production lines are equipped with state of the art PVD coating machines introduced from USA. Other matched facilities to integrate a complete production line, such as CNC lathes, vaccum hardening furnaces, 3-D inspection instruments and other CNC machines.
