Guided by the philosophy of "Lean Manufacturing · Technology Empowerment", the company has established four core process systems - R&D, welding, painting, and final assembly - equipped with internationally advanced automated production lines. Laser welding and robotic flexible welding techniques, combined with a 2, 000-meter E-coating and automotive-grade painting line, increase body corrosion resistance by over 30%. The final assembly workshop uses distributed assembly lines and intelligent inspection systems to ensure every vehicle passes 108 rigorous quality checks.
