Technology Semiconductor Limited in Shenyang (TSLS) is a joint venture between US based Keysi International, Inc. and Korean Silicon Tech Limited. TSLS was founded in March 2003 in Shenyang China focusing on the IC design, semiconductor manufacturing encapsulating, testing as well as the development of microelectronics for commercial applications. With the support from Shenyang government and Hunnan New District, TSLS plans to finish fab construction in 9 months and to begin semiconductor device manufacturing within 12 months. TSLS's main semiconductor products include RF device, Mobile power IC and TFT LCD Module communication chips, white/blue LEDs, and cell phone assembly. The projected revenue for the first fiscal year in full production capacity is 260 million US dollars. The expected profit is between 25% and 30%.
