Shanghai Topstate International Trading Co., Ltd was founded in Shanghai as a window open to the world for our head office Feng Ling Group based in Henan Province. Located in Little Lujiazui, it overlooks the Centre Green and neighbors worldwide prestigious banks and financial institutions. 2006 witnessed establishment of our HK office.

We are ferro-alloy producer and trader of metallurgical coke, oil, coal, dairy and other products. The annual revenue of our Group reaches more than one hundred million RMB and our total trade value exceeds millions of dollars. Our ferro-alloy factory is based in Henan Province. The total capital assets is 0.15 billion. Now we boast 10 furnaces and one special self-built railroad which directly connect our factory with the port (operational at the end of this year). Next year, another 10 more furnaces will be established and start working. By then, our processing capability of chrome ore will have reached more than 20, 000 per month.
