We are the major supplier for Heinz, China and have passed Heinz Global supplier audit and evaluation, we now supply apple puree and carrot and strawberry puree to them. we have lots of experience on all kinds puree production, we can produce based on customer's requirements such as the texture\viscosity, flavor, pH, Acidity etc...
Pesticides residue maybe the highest risk, and we have established a full set of inspection plans to control that, we will take sample from the soil, irrigation water, fresh apple, FG etc to ensure the FG Comply with regulations and customer's requirements. We have never received any nonconformance report from Heinz in the past.
