Ningbo Mingda Group was established in 1974. Through 33 years rolling development, it has become a production and trade modern enterprise which include knitting, dyeing, finishing, sewing, embroidery & printing. The head quarter of Group is located in the eastern of Ningbo. Occupies the area of 210, 000m2, building area of 10, 000m2, with total assets of RMB500 million, and more than 7000 employees. Now Group owns over5500 sewing machines imported from Japan, 110 circular knitting machines made by FuKuhara in Japan and Mayer in Germany. More than 180 sets of dyeing and finishing machines from Italy, Germany, Hongknog, Taiwai and Greece. 60 computerized embroidery machines made by Tajama in Japan and ZSK in Germany. It has the production capacity of 20 million knitting garments and over 15 thousand ton grey fabric which are exported to America, Europe and Japan over 30 countries and areas. Our group is the earliest large and medium sized enterprise which produced and exported knitting garments and owned the right of I/E. It has gotten the certification of ISO9000, ISO9001-2000 and ISO 14000. In 2000, it was evaluated as 100 top enterprises by Ningbo Government and the excellent one exporting independently in Zhejang province. In 2003, it resed upto the 77th of 100 largest sized garment enterprises in China. Our target sales in 2007 is to reach 100 million.

New Mingda (Cambodia) was established in Phnom Penh in 2006, invested amount about $3 million. It covers an area of 20 thousand square meters with 1500 sewing equipment and 2000 sewing workers. It would produce 5 million knitting garment annually.

New Mingda (Wuhu) covers an area of 340 thousand square meters. The first round project has fulfilled with 2000 staffs and 1600 sets of imported equipment. Now the company will continue to increase investment in the construction of the second phase project, it aimed to built to collect knitting, embroidery, printing, dyeing and garment industries in the integration of large carriers.
