Violino Limited, founded in 1991, is one of the leading leather upholstery manufacturers in China. It has built a strong reputation in this time across many continents, combining a huge design resource with the very latest production techniques. The product profile covers sofas, recliners, chairs and sofabeds and has the capability to tailor designs to suit each individual market.

Violino currently have a workforce in excess of 2300 employees. A rigorous ongoing training ethos ensures that quality standards are maintained throughout the entire company. A sophisticated ERP system enables the senior management to consistently deliver the highest possible standards. The current site occupy's more than 50, 000m2, which produces 650 containers per month in peak season. An adjacent additional factory is currently complete finished and put into production with an additional 90, 000m2, which means the total production capacity of these two principal furniture plants exceeds 1000 containers per month.

The very finest raw materials are sourced from around the world, to ensure consistency of supply and value for money. Leather is imported from the finest tanneries in Italy and Brazil which has over 38 leather articles with 200 colour options. Timber is procured from Australia and New Zealand. State of the art machinery is used during production and Durkopff Adler sewing machines ensure a consistently high standard of finish.

At any given time, our leather stock alone is in excess of $10, 000, 000. This investment enables us to offer a substantially quicker lead time in comparison to our competitors. Having our own foam manufacturing and converting plant (for over 20 years) means we are able to give an unrivalled service in terms of quality and value.

Violino is registered to ISO9001: 2008(UCS)which is awarded only when the very highest standards throughout the whole business are achieved and more importantly, maintained. Violino were one of the first members of SATRA in Southern China, who rigorously test all component parts to ensure they conform to the relevant standards by each country they supply.
