Founded in 1998, Shenzhen ATCOM Co. Ltd is a manufacturer of network communication products, with in house R&D, production and sales departments.

In 1999, ATCOM developed a PCI interface ISDN card with which was honored by China's famous Lab: No 1 of the same products by PCONLINE. The ISDN card was widely used by several Telecom carriers. Meanwhile ATCOM collaborated with China's ISDN lab to manufacture the ISDN cards which were supplied to FUJITSU.

In 2000, ATCOM developed the high quality ISDN NT Plus. The ISDN NT Plus was widely used by Tibet Telecom Neimeng Telecom. ATCOM currently supplies OEM parts from its ISDN range to a number of large companies including NEC. The ATCOM ISDN series has been exported worldwide, to countries including Pakistan, India, Thailand and Egypt.

Having put tremendous effort into building a good reputation and credit standing, ATCOMs VOIP terminal products are in high demand worldwide, and are exported to countries such as the USA, Japan, Germany, Italy, and Belgium. ATCOM also supplies OEM to many companies from its VOIP range.

In 2000, ATCOM developed an 8 port router which has been widely used in many small enterprises.

Towards the end of 2002, ATCOM began developing VOIP telephone devices which was initially released to the market in early 2003.

From 2003, ATCOM developed a POE supported ip phone, 1 port gateway, 2 port gateway with lifeline, 2 port gateway with router built in, 4 port gateway and USB phone. ATCOM is the only manufacturer which supplies a complete range of VOIP devices including USB Phones, IP Phones and IAD.
