As a professional daily commodity manufacturer in Yiwu city, Eastern China, Jiayan specializes in plastic drinking straws and wet wipes. Established in 1993, Jiayan has grown to be one of the largest drinking straw manufacturers in China and have gained a lot of achievements worldwide.
With the modern and standard factory houses of total 15, 000 square meters, 60 fully automatic production lines of plastic drinking straws, two imported fully automatic production lines of wet wipes, we are able to output 800 containers of plastic straws and 200 containers of wet tissues per year. Eighty percent of our products are exported to develop countries, such as USA, France, Spain, Australia, South Africa and so on.
Our company can supply 11 series--more than 300 types of plastic straws and 7 series--more than 200 types of wet wipes for customers to choose from. There are straight straws, flexible straws, artistic straws, spoon straws, crazy straws, single flowing packed straws for milk box, color-changing straws, fluorescent straws, coffee stirrers, straws with cartoon figurines and extra long straws for parties and promotions. And wet wipes range from handy wipes, baby wipes, makeup remover wipes, anti-bacteria wipes to LCD screen wipes, automobile interior wipes, furniture cleaning and Polish wipes, floor wipes, kitchen and toilet wipes etc.
We also have strong innovative ability, recently have developed the following new products: 10mm diameter artistic straws, glasses-shaped straws; Mosquito repellent wipes, glasses wipes, cool wipes, clothes soft wipes, nail Polish remover wipes etc.
As for factory environmental, the workshops and ambient are certified by ISO9001 and ISO14001. More than 400 staff strictly carry out the rules and regulations of personal wearing and disinfection. The workshops are completely sealed off, air conditioned and cleaned. The products and workshops are sterilized with ultraviolet ray everyday.
