Guangzhou Foma Wood Flooring Ltd., is one of the leading wood flooring manufacturers in China, specializing in producing high quality solid wood floor; Multi-ply engineered and laminate floor in Asia. Foma has been in business since 1995 serving the domestic China market through a network of 400 retail outlets.

FOMA has established systematic distribution network all over China, with more than 400 exclusive FOMA flooring showrooms, offering complete customer service system and good after sales service. Our quality products have been exported to 20 different countries, gaining satisfactory from the customers.

With 5 timber-supplying bases in Europe, Africa, South America, North America, Southeast Asia. All products are finished with more than 36 working processes, and inspected with strict regulations. Our advanced machineries are imported from Germany, Italy and Japan, including the first complete computer-controlled production line imported from Germany. We now own a scientific search & development lab, and 38 patents of flooring science. Furthermore, we established Research & Development Center, collaborating with China Wood Industry College, China Forestry Industry Association, and Southern China Agricultural University.

In 2007, Guangzhou FOMA wood flooring has opened its new production facility in Dongguan City, China, which will create an engineered flooring capacity of 30 million square feet annually. The new factory will meet the demand growth both domestically and for the export arena. The product offering includes a full line of solid and engineered flooring featuring woods from around the world in a variety of colors and surface treatments.

The new factory broke down each step in the manufacturing process and identified the quality-critical elements. From that analysis, Dongguan factory developed corrective and preventive actions to assure acceptable quality for each product run. The changes of new plant have made in the control of raw material quality, its moisture, and subsequent processing consistency. The factory is ISO certified and is the recipient of a National for excellence from the Chinese government Office of Quality.

A new international management team has also been brought together by president Jacky Chueng to support the extensive capital investments that have been made at the Dongguan site. Also Douglas Brown, formerly of Mannington, has hired as president of process and product development.
