We have purchased the equipment and own the factory. We will keep your tooling confidential and not use it to produce for other customers. We will use only the raw materials mutually agreed upon and not change to cheaper material without informing you. We will produce parts to the density and tolerance specified by you and will not fade quality over time by using less and less material. We have an insulated temperature and humidity controlled production facility with an industrial air conditioner and packing workshop to ensure quality production.
We have a low pressure polyurethane injection machine, oven for preheating isocyanate and tooling, industrial mixer, air compressor and centrifuges, air press and testing equipment.
