At present, we have a total of eight sorts of SG series: 164/184/224/274/314/354/404/454, covering the power range from 6.5kw to 1800kw. It owns single bearing and double bearing structure, can be assembled with all kinds of domestic and foreign brand engines. The frame adopts steel shell structure, stator core adopts integral type overlying lamination, rotor core adopts full damping convex structure, excitation mode is brushless self-excited type, it is able to control automatically via AVR. Our product has characteristics of compact size, light weight, elegant appearance, reliable performance, easy installation and convenient maintenance. In the 164/184/224/274 series, have hexagonal and circular shape. In addition, we have 2 pole generators: 162/182/222 series. In addition, 400Hz alternators, Intermediate frequency electric generating sets, and high-voltage generator are all under construction by our professional teams.

From design, manufacturing process, material selection, production, testing equipment, quality control etc, we ensure that our SG series generator can achieve the quality standards of the international famous brand generators. Our materials including cold-rolled silicon steel sheet and varnished wires are all from the best domestic suppliers. On the production and testing machines, for example, winding machine can effectively control tension of winding coils. On manufacturing process, stator core lamination machine with expansion technology can ensure the quality of core lamination. Our vacuum impregnation process can give strongest protection on winding.

The performance and installation dimensions of SG series generators conform to IEC34.1/34.2/34.5, BS4999 and 5000, NEMA MG1.22, ISO8528.3, GB755 and other international and domestic standards of accreditation.
