We have the following precision equipment: 4 CNC, 6 EDM, 4 Wire-Cut, 14 Milling machine, 5 Grinding machine, 1 Lathe, 2 Drill press, 1 Check apparatus, 8 Injection machine etc.
We have adopted the advanced CAD/CAM/CAE designing and manufacturing flow chart, being used process software such as Master-cam, Auto-CAD, Pro-E, UG, Solid-works and so on. Adopting numerical control equipment such as CNC and E. D. M, which help us to guarantee the reliable quality to meet customer's different demands.
We design and make injection molds for overseas and domestic clients for a long time. Most of mold weights are between 50 KG and 8 Tons. Our suppliers are LKM, ShengDu, ZhanJian, Punch, JinHong etc, The core/cavity steels are P20 (LKM818H, LKM838H, NAK80, CENA1), AISI420(LKM420, 2083, 2316, S136), H13(LKM2343, LKM2344, LKM2344Super) etc. Our components of molds are DME and HASCO standard from Europe. Hot Runner System are YUDO, HASCO, DME, KLN etc.
We not only design and make molds, but also have a moulding department with 8 sets of plastic injection machines, its size are between 80 T and 220 T. We have made some plastic parts, such as computer parts, electronics parts, medical device parts, etc. We are very skilled in such materials: ABS, PP, POM, NYLON, HDPE, PVC, HIPS, TPU, TPR, etc.
