1. Manufacturing of export graded plastic injection molds. (HRc 29-37&48-56)
2. Provision of mold design service.
3. Provision of consultation services in mold
Manufacturing& design area.
We manufacture exported graded mold with size ranges from 50kg to 3500kg for Telecommunication products, Gear Box, Palm Top, Automotive parts, Notebook computers case, and Electronic Organizer case.
The setup of our MOLDING PLANT is for:
1. Provision of molding testing services-by molding the samples in both the test adjusted parameters and extreme conditions. We are able to provide evaluation report and comment on its production capacity. Mechanical function check and debugging ideas are also given.
2. Molding small and large quantity samples for engineering evaluation, pilot run or pre-production purposes.
3. Production molding of plastic parts.
