FISHBURN HEAVY FABRICATION, 100% Aussie OWNED Fishburn Heavy Fabrication is our fabrication facility based in Zhangzhou, China. The location was set up by the owner James Fishburn. This location is fully Australian owned and run by our own director James who resides in China. Our factory started out small, but has since grown to a 24, 000 square meter facility employing close to a hundred people from several countries. All working hard to produce the attachments for FHF.

The quality of the attachments is our number one priority. To improve the quality of our products we purchased high quality and advanced technology machinery including.

Panasonic welders and imported Kobelco welding wires ensure strong durable welds. Panasonic automated robotic welding system has been integrated into our production line. HG farley Laser Lab laser cutter with a 12 meter switchable bed so we can profile cut all our own steel in-house with much better quality cuts that standard gas cutting. The switchable bed allows us to cut plate on the first bed and load/unload steel from the second bed simultaneously.

160, 250, 600, 1000, 2000, 4000, and 8000 ton CNC hydraulic press and CNC rolling equipment (works up to360 mm plate thickness) enable us to form the skins and other parts for even our largest attachments.

CNC lathes and machining centers for producing all pins and bushings in-house.

We have built two automated powder coating lines so that all our attachments can be made with a best finish and ensure no rusting when stored outside.
