Avery dennisongl accountant(based in )key responsibility: 1. responsible for the complex accounting activities in local accounting system relating to the maintenance of complete and accurate general ledger and resultant reports, schedules and financial statements. 2. to take responsibility for general accounting administration and ensure cleanliness and accuracy of financial books in monthly closing. 3. to manage fixed assets accounting to ensure timely and accurate booking; assist fa & depreciation analysis in quarterly forecast and annual plan activity. 4. to ensure all inter-company accounts are reconciled. 5. to communicate with the counter-part of Hong Kong office in order to ensure the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of all assignments. 6. to assist the immediate manager in dealing with internal and external auditors. job qualification: 1. bachelor degree major in accounting, over 3 years experience in finance department, minimum 1 years experience in reporting and analysis related position 2. strong data processing skills via excel/access etc. without too much reliance on system. 3. able to manage personal / team performance with little supervision. 4. good communication skills in both Mandarin and English5. excellent computer knowledge especially in excel, access, powerpoint6. strong analytical skills7. good time management skills and timely following up on business matters8. familiar with us gaap and prc gaap9. high integrity and customer-oriented10. able to work independently, self-motivated, a team player and can work under pressure11. experience with peoplesoft system is preferred
