Among them, Shandong plant covers an area of 177 mu, mainly front-end bars, and has high-end equipment such as aluminum alloy melting furnace, tilting holding furnace, homogenizer and on-line degassing device. In 2017, it invested again to establish a melting and casting workshop for recycled aluminum rods to produce recycled aluminum rods. At present, the daily output is 500 tons. Covering an area of about 40000 square meters, Shanghai factory mainly carries out precision processing of high-grade aluminum profiles. It has 12 aluminum profile extruders of 630t, 800t, 1350t, 2000t and 2500t specifications, which can produce all kinds of profiles and large section profiles; 50 stamping hydraulic equipment and 210 CNC machining centers. It has production lines such as oxidation, powder spraying, electrophoresis and fluorocarbon painting, which can carry out all kinds of surface treatment. In addition, there are 30 self-developed automatic polishing machines and CMM for quality control and detection. It is widely used in transportation, automobile, home appliance accessories, furniture decoration, photovoltaic, construction and other fields.
