Hunan Boyun Automobile Brake Materials Co., Ltd is specialized in researching, developing and manufacturing friction material with main product being automobile brake pads, brake shoes and brake linings. The company has a very strong R&D team which is made up of 38 profound knowledge and experienced develop-engineers and technicians, in which include 4 PhDs, 5 masters and 24 bachelors. Their average age is 31 years.

There are more than 160 sets of equipments in our company. And the annual output is about 15 million pieces. The company has received the ISO9001: 2000 certificate in 2002, and also received the ISO/TS16949: 2002 certificate by TUV in 2007.

In order to improve the quality of products, the company not only established the system of quality management, but also set up the organizations which specially carried out the quality management and controlled the quality.
