This put a lot of pressure on our regular staff and gave birth to an idea to have a set of people who will dedicate themselves to this customer oriented task. We thus formed a brand new company, The Hangzhou Fangyuan Global Trading Co. Ltd., having an office in the CBD of Hangzhou with a well-trained and pleasant English speaking staff.
