Today Baylis & Harding can be found in one in two UK households, something we feel is an extremely impressive statistic for a company that was set up by a young couple in 1969 in a barn under Spaghetti Junction in the Heart of England. Our business is today headed up by the children of the original founders, brother and sister team Adrian and Tania Slater, who are committed to the company's founding values of good value, respecting the customer and always working with passion and commitment. Managing Director and Creative Director respectively, Adrian and Tania have shaped Baylis & Harding and driven it forward to become not only a UK, but also an international success, with our products being found in over 50 countries. As they say, they were "handed a formula, but had to make it work", and make it work they certainly have. Our name, Baylis & Harding, is a tribute to Adrian and Tania's grandmothers - Granny Baylis & Granny Harding - who were both dedicated cooks and homemakers. Our company's founding values were instilled into both Adrian and Tania from a young age and included delivering on promises, offering good value, respecting the customer and always working with passion and commitment. It is these honest, family values that have made Baylis & Harding what it is today and a brand that we are all extremely proud of.
