Tianjin Yongsheng Valve Fitting Co., Ltd. (Tianjin Yongsheng) was established in November 2004. It is located in the Guangming Industrial Zone, Beizhaikou, Jinnan District, Tianjin, covering an area of 15 acres with a building area of 9, 000 square meters. The company is a subsidiary of Cangzhou Yongsheng Stainless Steel Casting Co., Ltd. (referred to as Cangzhou Yongsheng), which was founded in 1992 and is situated in Zhifangtou Industrial Zone, Cangzhou, with a total area of 60 acres and a building area of 20, 000 square meters.
Our company employs 170 staff members and specializes in the casting and machining of products made from various materials, including stainless steel of different grades, duplex steel, ductile iron/grey iron, and aluminum bronze. We have a casting capacity for individual products ranging from 0.1 kg to 3, 000 kg. In particular, we have advanced production and machining capabilities for various valve components, positioning us as a leader in the industry.
Currently, our casting processes include silica sol investment casting and sand casting. Our machining equipment comprises 76 CNC lathes, 5 machining centers, 4 boring machines, 4 vertical lathes, as well as 102 other machines such as grinders, milling machines, EDM, and wire-cutting machines. From mold design and manufacturing to the final product delivery, all processes are handled in-house by our company.
Our products are exported to countries such as the United States, Germany, Singapore, Japan, and South Korea. Our key partners include U. S. Companies Crane and Bray, Suzhou Neway, KSB, Spain's TTV, Tianjin Danfoss, Rotork (Shanghai), and the Beijing Aerospace Department, among others.
