Ningbo Economic & Technological Development Zone SANTE Electric Meter Case Co., Ltd (Cixi City Sanchao Electric Meter Factory) is situated in the South coast of Hangzhou Bay, close to the East Sea, and lies in Ningshao Plain. It is located in Xinpu Town, the North of open Cixi City. It is 65 kilometers from Ningbo and Beilun port, 10 Kilometers south to National Highway No. 329, 130 kilometers west to capital city, Hangzhou, close to the northern Hangzhou Bay Spanning-sea Bridge and is separated with Shanghai by the sea. The traffic is very convenient for us because the Hangzhou Bay Spanning-sea Bridge is being built now, its joining highway is passed through Xinpu Town Industrial Zone. The Spanning-sea Bridge will become the main traffic hinge between Shanghai, Hangzhou and Ningbo.

Our company is established in 1996, and we produce meter cases of electric energy meter, water meter and gas meter professionally in our factory. We manufacture many kinds of moulds of hot-contractibility and hot-solidification for these kinds meters. At the same time we have huge ability to design new moulds of meter cases. We are one member of drafting enterprises of < the Externality and Installation Dimension of Electric Energy Meter > in National Standards Technical Committee for Electrical Measuring Instruments ( NSTCE ). We own a group of experienced and competent, professional technical groups, and have huge technical force. We also own various kinds of high-precision of producing equipments. We use administration of networks in our computer system, use assistant design system CAD/CAM, use the way of CNC to manufacture moulds, so we abbreviate producing period of moulds and make sure the quality of our products.

There are favorable hardware equipments in our factory, we has prepared 20 PCS of plastic injection machines which are controlled by computers completely, (gauge is from 100g-1500g), and 5PCS of ultrasonic welding machines (gauge is from 1500W-6000W). The inspecting equipments include anti-burning testing machines, Luoshi rigidity testing machines, salt fog testing boxes, zinc tier inspecting apparatus, chromatogram analyzing apparatus, metallic material analyzing apparatus etc.
