Our company, growing out of Jiangyin Huashi Huaxi forging Works, was established in 1984 to produce flanges primarily for export. A Joint-venture partnership was incorporated in 1990. Covering 125, 000 square meters land with 65, 000 square meters factory area, the company has 1060 employees with 85 technical professionals. With more than 900 modernized equipments such as numerically controlled lathes, vertical lathe, 3600-ton oil pressure machine, 4-meter rolling machine, 5- ton and 8-ton forging hamer, DN600 and DN200 elbow hydraulic pushing machines, tee and elbow cold-forming hydraulic presses. Our Company can produce 25, 000T of finished flanges and pipe fittings, 25.000T of ring forging a year. The more than 2, 000 different items of products can be divided into three major groups: Stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy steel. More than 95% of our products have been exported to 28 countries including Japan, Germany, France, Italy and U. S. A. We produce flanges and pipe fittings to JIS, ANSI, EN, DIN, BS and GB standards, we also produce flanges and pipe fittings to customer's specifications.
