Integrating with design & development, manufacturing and marketing, KOFLOW VALVE GROUP Co., Ltd. is a large-scaled valve enterprise with more than 582staff, of which 115 are professional technicians. KOFLOW has three main manufacturing bases which cover an area of 78000 m2 with building area of 5200 m2.

The company consists of its own foundry, machining workshops, welding heat treatment, assembly & test, physical &chemical analysis centers, and is well equipped with advanced processing and test machines more than 300 sets, such as CNC machines, ultra-high frequency vacuum heat treatment equipments, physical & chemical analysis equipment, NDE equipments, automatically paining line, etc.

The main products include gate valve, globe valve, check valve, ball valve, butterfly valve, plug valve as well as blind valve, blow-off valve, metallurgy valve and various non-standard valves. Main materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, Monel, alloy20, etc., with the nominal diameter range form1/2 inch to 140 inch (DN15-3500mm), and pressure rating from 150lbs to 4500lbs. The products are widely used in the field of petrochemical, natural gas, petroleum, metallurgy, building, water &electricity, and pharmacy, etc.

While developing its home market, the company also expanded its business in overseas market. Exportation values have accounted for larger part of the total sales amount, and enjoyed high reputation from the clients not only from China, but also from many countries and regions, such as Europe, America, Middle East, Southeast Asia, etc. At the same time, the company sets up advanced ERP management system, CAD valve design R&D center, having a powerful research and development ability such as 3D molding design, finite element analysis, etc., and then turning to CAD/CAM.
