Its predecessor, Taikang County Yongxing Boiler Co., Ltd., was established in October 1996. In September 2009, following the county government's directive to expand and strengthen the boiler industry, the company constructed an industrial cluster project in Taikang County, producing 900 sets of wind turbine towers annually, 1, 500 autoclaves, and 4, 000 steam-ton Class A boilers. The project was completed and put into operation in July 2010. Its registered address is in the Industrial Development Zone, Fucaolou Town, Taikang County, with a registered capital of 102.7 million yuan. The legal representative is Wang Yongxing, and the company employs 568 people, including 190 technical personnel. In 2011, it was rated as a Class A industrial enterprise for quality credit in Henan Province. The company offers 23 product series with 238 specifications, selling well across 28 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China, as well as exporting to Asia, Africa, Europe, and other regions. Notably, in 2011, the company exported two 50-ton fluidized bed boilers to Pakistan, marking one of the largest orders in Henan's boiler industry. Wang Yongxing, the company's chairman and legal representative, is 54 years old, holds a college degree, and is an economist. Yongxing Company currently operates two production sites, located in the Industrial Development Zone of Fucaolou Town, Taikang County, and the Taikang County Industrial Cluster.
