Xiamen Hualian Electronics Co., Ltd. Was founded on August 8, 1984. Always adhering to quality, and embarking on the road to High-Tech and innovation, we have made significant achievements, and have been classified as one of the 100 Municipal Key Industrial Enterprises of Xiamen, and the National Key High-Tech Enterprise. Hualian was consecutively twice appointed as the chairman unit of the Optoelectronic Device Branch, China Optics & Optoelectronics Manufactures Association from 2000 to 2008, and has been appointed as vice chairman unit since 2009, also the chairman unit of China Solid State Lighting Alliance since 2004.

Hualian has been equipped with modern production lines of semiconductor optoelectronic devices and microcomputer controllers from the United States, the Netherlands and Japan with advanced international level. With a complete set of design and development system, and a high-quality design team with hardware and software development capabilities, our R&D Center was awarded "Provincial Technology Center". Over the years, we have undertaken and completed 34 state-level projects, including 10 National Torch Plan Projects, 6 National Key New Products, 6 National Development and Reform Commission Industrialization Projects, 4 State 863 Program Projects, 2 National Scientific and Technological Key Research Projects, 2 Ministry of Science Innovation Fund Projects, and 4 Ministry of Information Industry Electronic Information Development Fund Projects. In 2010, the "Postdoctoral Research Station" was established with the state approval, and "Top LED Packaging and Application Product Industrialization" was awarded as "National High-Tech Industrialization Demonstration Project" by the National Development and Reform Commission. Having passed the management system integrated certification of ISO9001 2000 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System and GB/T28001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, Hualian has established a compatible total quality management system, and is one of the most powerful manufacturers of semiconductor optoelectronic devices, LED lighting products and microcomputer controllers in China.
